How to Submit an IT Support Request
Submitting an IT Support Request
The IT Service Management (ITSM) portal allows all staff to submit support requests online. Here's how:
- Log in at https://itsm.macautower.com.mo/ using your login credentials.
- Click Tickets > New Ticket in the left menu.
- Select the ticket type IT Support and fill in the category, subject, and description.
- Attach any relevant screenshots or files.
- Click Submit.
You can track the status of your request under My Tickets at any time.
